Not much is known about the large feraligatr. Mitchel likes to keep his past hidden, and unless you are somehow close to him he won't tell you anything, even then he might be a little reluctant to share his secrets, and trust me, there are a lot. 

A couple of years back he moved from Johto to lumiose city where he started up The Red Lotus, a highly popular strip club located in the red light district of lumiose. At first it was a very small business, mostly just a brothel and not a strip club at all. But people in the big city seemed to be hungry for more and both his drugs and "workers" sold like ice cream on a hot summer day. With the help of one of his oldest friends, who he will never tell you about, (The chief of police ) he managed to expand his business and create The Red Lotus almost like you see it today.
